4 plaice fillets of 180 g every 4 thin slices of lime 1 stem of lemongrass 40 g of butter 3 tbsp. to s. olive oil salt and freshly ground pepper
1. Rinse and pat dry the plaice fillets. 2. Remove the green from the lemongrass stalk. Finely slice the white part and keep 2 small tbsp. to c. 3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (th. 6-7). 4. Cut 4 squares of baking paper and lay them out on the work surface. Using a brush, brush the center widely with olive oil, then place a net of plaice on each. Coat them with the rest of the oil, distribute the sliced lemongrass and the butter cut into small pieces, then add a lime wedge. Add salt and pepper.
