1 whole white halibut • 1 lemon • 1.2 kg of potatoes • vegetable oil • fresh parsley • salt • pepper
Preheat your oven to 220 ° C. Clean the 2 to 3 kg white halibut, and rub the skin thoroughly.
Cut the back of the fish into diamonds. Then brush the fish with oil and lemon juice. Then season with salt and the pepper mixture.
